Some songs speak for themselves.
This one begins at A and ends with Z.
From 1999, here are childhood friends Chief Xcel and Gift Of Gab, the duo otherwise known as Blackalicious, with their tongue-twisting take on the alphabet.
Now, Blackalicious gained a modicum of popularity back in the day, but they were still an underground hip-hop group, by no means a household name. Their earliest records were bought by either hip-hop afficionados or music geeks like me. So imagine my surprise and delight when Harry Potter (aka, the bashfully British Daniel Radcliffe) appeared on The Tonight Show a few years back and perfectly rapped “Alphabet Aerobics.”
50 points to Gryffindor.
